Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate your return, contact us at info@misthousefashion.co.uk. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee associated with sending your order back to our headquarter in London and email us the tracking information for your return.

We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed and replace the item or process the refund as per your request.

If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, contact our Customer Support Team or email us at info@misthousefashion.co.uk within 6 hours of ordering. Each order remains in a processing state for 6 hours until it is transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfillment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

You are eligible for a full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A video must be sent to the Customer Support Team to support your claim.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4-5 business days. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@misthousefashion.co.uk
