RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with sending items back to our headquarters in London. Once your return has been shipped, please email us the tracking information.

After processing your return, we will send you an email confirming whether your requested exchange or refund has been arranged.

Items returned without first notifying our customer service team may be considered non-refundable by our quality department.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@misthousefashion.co.uk within 6 hours of placing your order.

Orders remain in processing for approximately 6 hours before being transferred to our operational facility for fulfillment.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you discover any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact our Customer Support Team immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

A video showing the issue must be submitted to our Customer Support Team as supporting evidence for your claim.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the products. Following approval, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your original order.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
